"The Cart House consists of an open-plan living space with dining seating for two, Smart TV, woodburning stove, and a kitchen with an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. The bedroom is a king-size with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with patio, furniture, hot tub, and off-road parking for one car. EV charging available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Guests can find the closest shop within 5.8 miles, and a pub and restaurant in 1.4 miles. All of this and so much more with a stay at the welcoming The Cart House. Note: There is a small shop on-site which offers various essentials i.e. toothbrushes, crisps, ice cream etc. Note: There is a shared games barn (wheelchair accessible) with pool table, hand football, air hockey, toddler ball-pit and drinks machine. Note: There is a minimum 2 night stay. Please Note the property only accepts a Mon or Fri check in."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
