"Oak Lodge is a luxury detached timber lodge, exclusively for adults of 21 and over on the award-winning Beaconsfield Farm Holiday Park in Shropshire. The cottage offers a king-size double bedroom with en-suite facilities, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining table and a sitting area which leads to the deck, which has outdoor furniture and the hot tub. Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shared use of on-site laundry service for guests on site, TV with Freeview, DVD. WiFi in on-site coffee shop and restaurant, restaurant is Tuesday to Sunday. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Use of indoor heated swimming pool (40'x20') and steam room at -ú3 per adult. Private decking with hot tub and furniture. Off road parking for 1 car. The site also operates a park and ride facility to the town (-ú2 all day as of 2024. One well-behaved dog welcome (small breed only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile & coffee shop and restaurant on site, restaurant is Tuesday to Sunday. Arrival Welcome Pack includes Prosecco, Milk, Tea, Coffee and Biscuits Note: Over 21s only. The swimming pool is available for private hire directly with the site. Note: Swimming pool session times & fees apply, course fishing at -ú5 per rod per day, pamper packs available, contact office for further details. Note: Arrivals strictly on a Friday, Saturday or Monday. Note: This property operates a strict check-in time of between 4pm and 7pm. Note: No arrivals on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or Boxing Day, guests can arrive on the 27th December, irrelevant of the day. Note: Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this property

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
