This farmhouse is situated on a large estate in the vicinity of a tiny hamlet in the countryside to the east of the city of Siena. It is surrounded by cultivated land in the form of large olive groves, vineyards and tilled fields: a broad and peaceful vista with Siena in the background. This is a perfect house for a large family or a group of friends who wish to visit both the charming little towns of the Tuscan countryside and, in particular, the city of Siena. Between excursions guests can enjoy relaxing in the shade of the garden or take a bathe in the private swimming pool (14x8 m, 2.5 m deep) (01/05-30/10). In the cool evenings there could be nothing better than sitting down around the table to savour the superb local food, washing it down with one of the fine wines of Chianti. There are another two farmhouses on the estate within a radius of 100 metres, Montechiaro Capanna and Montechiaro Capannina, each with its own exclusive swimming pool, together amounting to a total of accommodation for 28 guests. Consequently this is an ideal destination for very numerous parties of friends, allowing them to share their holiday while offering each group its privacy. The property has central heating and wi fi internet connection. Domestic help, babysitting, cook, wine tasting, excursion and cookery courses are available on request. Parking within the property.
