"The Chapel has a kitchen/diner, a king-size bedroom with woodburning stove, and a ground-floor bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Smart TV. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture, bike storage, and off-road parking for one car. Four well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop in 4.4 miles and a pub in 2.7 miles. Enjoy the heart of Cumbria at The Chapel. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: the property dates back to the 1700s, it has been converted and modernised but is rustic in style and character. Note: The garden may not be fully dog-proof depending on size/abilities of dog. Note: Please keep pets off the furniture. Note: The property is located on a former farm with horses, hens and ducks on site. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
