Villa Rita is a recently rebuilt Algarvian style villa in a quiet area in Algarve, 9 km from the centre of the very famous Albufeira. Located on a top of a hill, surrounded by orange and almond trees, this spacious property comfortably accommodates 10 persons. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, cabinets and has a large breakfast table. The equally spacious dining and living area showcase modern and retro furnishings, a fireplace and lovely views over the quiet and green landscape. 4 bedrooms are located on the villa and 1 extra bedroom on the outbuilding that also counts with a support kitchen with barbecue. Air conditioning is available throughout all villa. On the exterior, a private swimming pool 10 m x 5 m, an outdoor dining area, a mini football pitch, a small basketball pitch and volleyball net will certainly provide a lot of fun and relaxation, complemented by the beautiful mountain and sea views.
