Ancient stone-built villa rental (300 m2) set within the green hills of Tuscany overlooking the charming medieval village of Rigomagno and a large part of the Chiana Valley. The house's position allows you to easily reach the main tourist attractions in Tuscany: there are many interesting tourist destinations within easy reach: Montepulciano 25 Km, Pienza 31 Km, Siena is about 40 km and you can easily go on outings to the whole area of Chianti which is less than hour by car. The scenery around the villa is beautiful with the countryside which changes colour according to the season. The farmhouse has been restored in a manner that has preserved the characteristics of the original materials, such as the wooden ceiling beams, the terracotta tiles, the stone walls and the vaulted ceilings conserving unaltered the magic atmosphere of ancient Tuscan farmhouses. The equipment and furnishings are characteristic and give the house the typical flavour of country Tuscan houses. The guests of Podere Vitareto have exclusive use of large private outdoor areas which include a pergola situated in front of the house and a large well-kept garden equipped with sun umbrella, wooden table and chairs, barbecue and a swimming pool (10x5 depth 1,2-1,8 m)(31/05-30/09) with stairs that lead into the water. Internet wifi available. Heating with fan coil. Parking in the property. Access to the property along 500 m of dirt track road PLEASE NOTE: Small pets are allowed but upon request at the moment of booking. One a week the keyholder has access to the property for the maintenance of the swimming pool. ACCOMMODATION: Gr. A great stone staircase leads to the first floor: open area, bright living room with fireplace, 1 double room with a bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, 1 double bedroom. A steep wooden stairs leads to the small tower: 1 twin bedded room.
