Very quiet location. The house is located within a property of 5 ha and is surrounded by 15,000 square meters of fenced land, with a very nice lawn and flower garden. Beautiful terrace (25 sqm) shaded and equipped for outdoor dining, with barbecue and pizza oven. The house is furnished pleasantly and comfortably, with some antique furniture. On the ground floor: a large double living room with fireplace, a dining room with direct access to the outside, a kitchen, and 1 family bathroom with shower. On the first floor: direct access to the shaded dining area; and 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 family bathrooms with baths. The 4 rooms have paddle fans with variable speed drive.
