The apartment is located on one of the main shopping streets of Sitges. The front door to the building takes you to the stairs and the third floor of the building, where MANOLO apartment is situated Upon entering the apartment you are in the hallway where you will find a door to the right with toilet and hand basin. The hallway then leads to an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area. This open space contains a new kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, oven, 4 ring hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your holiday in Sitges. Although, with the abundance of fantastic restaurants virtually on your doorstep I am sure cooking wouldn’t be your first choice. The living area has an L shaped sofa bed, there is a wall mounted large flat screen TV, fibre optic internet and it is decorated with taste and has air conditioning. The dining area contains a circular glass top table with 4 retro chairs and is positioned next to the kitchen. Leading from the living room there are double glass doors to an outside terrace with dining table and chairs for 4 people and sun loungers. This is a fabulous place to either eat Al Fresco or indeed people watch over Calle Jesus below, or simply take in the sun after a long day on the beach. The bedroom has air conditioning and is larger than the average size for a Spanish apartment. It boasts a king-sized bed, large fitted glass fronted wardrobes and with strip lights around parts of the ceiling wall giving it a wonderful ambiance. The ensuite is also large and is stylishly designed to offer a large walk in shower, toilet, wash hand basin which is integrated into a unit below containing 2 very large drawers. Two glass sliding doors take to you a balcony with table and chairs. This is a wonderful place to take your breakfast as it gets the sun in the morning, it overlooks the Retiro Theatre’s outdoor stage and should you be lucky enough to stay in the apartment when there is a show scheduled you can enjoy prime position to take it all in.
