With San Sebastian’s recently pedestrianised beach, bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk away, and the variety of international cuisine on offer at Port D´Aiguadolç Marina, this apartment is ideally located for outdoor dining and drinks with spectacular views. Situated on the ground floor, the apartment with parquet flooring consists of a galley kitchen with a four ring gas hob and electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and all the essentials for self-catering if required. There is also a good sized lounge diner with a comfortable large sofa, dining table and chairs, Smart TV. Patio doors open onto the large garden terrace, which is slightly below street level and therefore not completely private. A large remote controlled awning has been installed above the patio doors to give guests privacy. The fully air-conditioned main bedroom has a king size double bed, fitted wardrobes and double glazed doors which also lead off onto the terrace. The large shower/utility room contains a washing machine, sink, bidet, toilet and a shower to wash off the sand from the beaches at San Sebastian and Balmins. Leonardo is located within 5 minutes walk of the town centre where you will find specialist shops and boutiques, and the railway station where you have access to lots of destinations, including Barcelona, a mere 30 minute journey. The apartment is close to the railway and therefore some noise can be heard, however all doors and windows are double glazed to reduce this. No pets are allowed in the apartment and smoking is permitted on the terrace area only.
