The wooden floors, original artwork, modern stainless steel kitchen, and light walnut furniture give a real sense of space and stylish living to this 6th floor studio. There is a lift, communal swimming pool (residents and guests only) and car parking. You have excellent views of the sea from within and can step through large sliding glass doors on the balcony to enjoy views of the Mediterranean. The balcony has a dining table and loungers so you can watch the sunset with a cocktail or two or eat 'ál fresco' There is a large flat screen TV with HDMI and USB connectivity, Fibre optic WIFI internet, DVD. The air conditioning unit is located just between the living and sleeping area that is powerful enough to keep the whole studio cool. The back wall of the bedroom is natural formed rock and you can see the sea from the bed. There are three large fitted wardrobes and the shower and bath are located just off the sleeping area. The sofa is large and could sleep a child, the apartment is open plan with no deviders between the bed and living area. The apartment benefits from a Jacuzzi so after a long tiring day on the beach you can unwind and enjoy a glass of bubbly in a tub of bubbly, enjoying the soothing jets. This apartment is ideally situated just three blocks from the beach and near all the popular restaurants and nightlife. The modern municipal gym (with indoor pool) is only 12minutes walk away
