This stylish, modern apartment is situated in a central, quiet residential street only 400 metres from the popular Bossa Rodona “Picnic” beach. A short stroll to the shops, restaurants, bars and clubs makes it an ideal location. A perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with the option of taking the train for a short ride to Barcelona where you can explore this amazing city. The apartment is reached via lift or stairs on the second floor and is spacious, bright and airy, with central heating and air conditioning all push button controlled and phone entry system. The furnishing is smart and contemporary, completed to a high standard. On entering the apartment you are in the hallway with lots of cupboard space. Sliding doors take you to the welcoming, bright and comfortable lounge which is an ideal place to relax. The lounge has elegant seating and a large, flat-screen TV and DVD player, with views onto the terrace and Sitges rooftops beyond. There is also a glass dining table and chairs. Double sliding windows take you to the terrace, which has loungers, table and chairs for alfresco dining. The kitchen has lots of stylish white units, and is equipped with Bosch appliances throughout including a large fridge freezer, built-in dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave grill, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware. In fact everything you will need for dining at home. Drinking water can be dispensed from the tap in kitchen, and all water supplied to the apartment has been softened. The door from the kitchen takes you to the terrace for easy access when dining outdoors where you will also find a washing machine, tumble dyer, and iron. The apartment has two spacious double bedrooms with plenty of wardrobes and storage space, the main bedroom having a large king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, with Jacuzzi bath and shower over, w.c., sink and hairdryer. The second double is made up as a twin room which can be pushed together to make a second king-size bed. Both bedrooms have electric roller ‘black-out’ shutters. The main bathroom has a large walk in shower, with w.c., sink, and hairdryer, both bathrooms having stylish fittings. This is a great apartment, constructed late 2015, in a fantastic quiet yet central location, thus enabling you to take advantage of the close proximity of Sitges beautiful beaches, shopping and nightlife. The railway station is a 5-10 minute walk where you can take a train to enjoy exciting Barcelona. The surrounding countryside hosts numerous Cava houses, and vineyards where you can learn the process of winemaking and of course tasting is a very important part of the experience.
