There are three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. There is also a basement with a double sofa bed that will sleep a further two people, two full bathrooms and an extra WC. Large lounge/dining area, fully-equipped kitchen. Full air conditioning/heating and large terrace. Wireless internet access available for holiday rentals by prior arrangement. This beautiful town house is decorated to a high standard and is situated in an exclusive small community overlooking the pool and gardens. There is a lifeguard around the pool area between 11:00 and 19:00, out of these times the pool is available but use is at own risk. There is also secure underground parking with direct entrance to the house. This house is ideally located just a few minutes walk to many fantastic restaurants and shops, and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The airport of Malaga is within a 30 minute drive, Marbella town within 15 minutes, and the Port of Cabopino with its exclusive restaurants and a sandy beach is just a 5 minute drive away.
