The bright, spacious open plan lounge/diner leads directly onto a large, sunny south -facing terrace with space for sunbathing and dining al-fresco. There is a further terrace off to the other side of the lounge with evening sun. Beautifully furnished with Air conditioning/ heating throughout and WIFI and internet TV. Ideally located within a few minutes walk of local shops, bars and restaurants and the local beaches are just a 5/10 minute walk away. An ideal holiday apartment for families and groups of all ages and a car is not really necessary to enjoy the local facilities. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
