The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with lift access with a bright spacious lounge. The comfortable sofas and dining table provides ample seating for a small family or 4 adults and the patio doors open out onto a good sized private terrace with outside dining area and fitted barbecue area overlooking the communal gardens and pool, with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/ hob, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, toaster and kettle. Both bathrooms are shared, one with a fitted shower unit and the other with a bath with shower. The tropical gardens and communal pool are well maintained. There is secure off road parking available to this property, although a car is not essential. La Siesta is just a few minutes walk to shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, the beach, golf course and bus routes are within 5 minutes walk from this property. AC/ heating throughout and complementary Wifi and internet TV is provided. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
