This luxury villa has been beautifully furnished to the highest standard, the large rustic style kitchen leads out to the front covered terrace with seating for two, perfect for morning coffee and the bright spacious lounge, leads onto the garden. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with bathroom which leads into a twin bedroom, the perfect layout for two families, both bedrooms have access onto private garden, the terrace is equipped with BBQ and large table ideal for alfresco dining. Upstairs comprises of one double bedroom and twin bedrooms and shared bathroom, both rooms have access to sunny south west facing terrace with amazing sea views. The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout and complementary WIFI and a selection of international TV channels although during peak times the internet and consequently the internet TV can be unreliable. This charming and peaceful villa has security gates and private parking and is situated on the mid western borders of Calahonda within 15 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, and scenic walks around the nearby Cabopino golf. Beautifully maintained private gardens and pool make this villa first class accommodation for the perfect holiday. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
