This cosy two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is set within the beautiful La Cartuja complex. Situated on the upper slopes of Calahonda with panoramic sea views and only a 5 minutes drive to local sandy beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Calahonda is situated only a 15 minute drive to either Marbella or Fuengirola along the beautiful coast. The La Cartuja complex is a secure gated small community with a beautiful swimming pool and child friendly shallow pool. The community also offers a communal BBQ area and shaded seated gazebo area. The pool is open 9am to 10 pm from 1st April to the 31st October. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with air conditioning & heating throughout and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Internet TV and Fibre optic WIFI is provided free of charge. No dogs or cats will be permitted due to the owners allergies. A superb apartment - ideal for both summer and winter breaks. Please not this apartment is situated on the first floor and there are no lifts in this complex. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
