Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio, picnic bench, and shed, along with decking with furniture. The property accepts pets, but smoking is not permitted. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. The beach is just outside the door.
