"The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, a living/dining room with Smart TV with Freeview and free-sat channels, including Netflix, BBC IPlayer and ITV hub. DVD, WIFI selection of books, games and DVDsand table for four and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of one double bedroom and one twin together with family bathroom. Outside is off-road parking for one car and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Complimentary Toiletries supplied. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, a pub 0.3 miles and a beach 2.6 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Duck Cottage is set in a fabulous village location and ideal for exploring this lovely part of the country. Note: The off-road parking is suitable for an average sized saloon car and there is no dropped kerb. Note: Saturday, Sunday or Monday arrivals only for short breaks please. Please note: Weeklong bookings must have a Saturday check in."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
