The house consists of two floors, in the lower area you will find a room with air conditioning delicately decorated with comfortable armchairs from where you can enjoy a large window overlooking the sea, next to it the dining room as well as another room with fireplace where spend good moments in winter season between talks and cafes. The fully equipped kitchen is an important highlight in this beautiful property. On the second floor we find the comfortable rooms with access to the upper terrace that will provide a soothing rest so necessary after a day of beach and fun, in the master bedroom will have air conditioning and the other ceiling fans. The TV features Smart TV (Chromecast) to enjoy your multimedia content with the whole family. "Es Través" is a peaceful residential area with the perfect combination of sea and mountains. In the first line of the sea you will find shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the typical Iberian food. Just a few steps away you can also enjoy one of the typical attractions of the island, the historic wooden tram that will take you to the town of Sóller and the center of Palma. In this area of ??the island rental car is recommended, the port is accessed through the tunnel of Soller that since January 2018 has no cost. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,00€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
