This wonderful country house offers the perfect exterior area to spend there most of your time. The private salt water pool -that sizes 9 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.3 to 1.7 metres- will ensure a nice and cool dip. By the pool, you have 8 sunloungers that invite to bask in the sun or read under the pergola. And, to put a great end to a joyful morning or day, you have the spacious terrace with BBQ and furniture to enjoy your meals as well as a top terrace with breath-taking views. The house comprises 2 floors. The one upstairs contains the communal rooms. Here, you'll find a great living - dining room with AC and satellite TV. From the dining area you access the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is also here. In addition, there's an en-suite bathroom with a shower as well as a double bed room with AC and en-suite bathroom with shower too. On the ground floor you'll find the 3rd bathroom in the house, with independent shower and tub, and 3 more bedrooms, two of them with twin beds and the last one with a double bed. All bedrooms have a closet. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The house is equipped with oil central heating. The property is about 4 km from Son Servera, a town near the coast where you'll find bars, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The nearest beach is Platja sa Marjal, only 5 km away. The golf course of Son Servera is located only 6 km away. Contact the advertiser for possible additional charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There's exterior parking for 3 cars and covered for 2 more. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
