This lovely 2-bedroom villa is in a gated community with 24-hour security and is only minutes from Playa Alicia, Playa Sosua, and Playa Cabarete. Brand new Villa with quality additions to guarantee our visitors enjoy an unforgettable stay. Natural flowers and lighting within the property provide increased privacy. The property has high-speed WIFI internet throughout, a private pool with a mini-bar and BBQ, hot water, and TVs in each bedroom. The neighborhood is designed to accommodate families, although couples are also welcome. A private pool and terrace are located outside of the property. For a low fee, there is a newly built water park, mini-golf, and tennis court. When you arrive at the home for check-in, a rental representative will greet you and give you a tour of the property, as well as answer any questions you may have. A concierge is available at all times to assist you in organizing activities and/or answering any questions you may have. In the event of any questions or concerns, we will provide a WhatsApp number. The neighborhood is one of the nicest and most well-kept on the north coast.
