"The Waverley consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for six people, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size beds and a bunk bed, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. You'll find a shop and river in 0.5 miles, and a pub, beach, and lake in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn, barbecue, and furniture, and private driveway parking for one car with roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. A stay at The Waverley promises to be one to remember. Note: Steps throughout the property - please take care. Note: Dogs to be kept downstairs and off furniture. Note: Good housekeeping bond required."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
