"Lund House consists of a kitchen/diner with two ovens, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dining seating for 12 people, and Smart TV, along with a sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suite shower rooms, a double, a second-floor king-size, second-floor double, and second-floor twin, with a Smart TV in each bedroom, serviced by a bathroom, cloakroom, and second-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, gravelled area, and hot tub, along with off-road parking for three cars. Travel cot and highchair available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, pub in 0.4 miles, lake in 1.1 miles, river in 0.3 miles, beach in 1.5 miles, and canal in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Lund House is a pleasant base for a Cumbria escape. Note: Additional pets welcome with a 50 GBP pet charge."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
