Yes, our apartment meets all these criteria. You're only 5 minutes drive away from the bustling resort of Vodice with its waterfront restaurants, marina, live music concerts in peak summer and shopping (oh yes and a very popular open air nightclub on the outskirts). Within 3 minutes walk, there's a mini market, nice waterfront coffee shop/bar, beach, restaurant etc. The apartment is nicely furnished, well equipped, modern and comfortable. Air conditioning is available when the warmth of peak season becomes a bit overwhelming. A car is useful, though not essential - airport pick up can be arranged on request. Bike rental is available during peak season. Driving to more remote parts of the coastline is thoroughly recommended for sunbathing and swimming in totally unspoilt surroundings. The owner provides details of the best places, decent restaurants, shopping facilities and "things to do". The local property manager arranges payment of the tourist tax and is available to assist with any queries or offer advise. Early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment, particularly for July & August. The apartment is not normally available to rent outside of the May - September period.
