"Chy Vean is an idyllic dormer cottage set in the village of St Agnes, Cornwall. Home to three bedrooms comprised of a ground-floor king-size and two king-size, this property can sleep a total of six guests. A bathroom and a shower room can be found on the ground floor, and there is a cloakroom on the first floor. The interior of the property is complete with a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dining seating, dining room with seating for six guests, and a sitting room with a decorative open fire and Smart TV. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with a hot tub and outdoor furniture, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Chy Vean, a lovely base to explore the coast of Cornwall. Note: The open fire is decorative; it is not to be used. Note: Check-in time is 4 pm"

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
