"Chantries consists of a kitchen/diner with toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dining seating for six, a sitting room with TV and open fire, and a study. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, kingsize, and twin. There is a bathroom with a freestanding bath, basin, and WC, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a front garden with a gravelled area, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, furniture, and a gas BBQ, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop within 0.1 mile and a pub within 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Your journey to the Isle of Wight is guaranteed to be one to remember with a stay at Chantries. Please note: Guests are not permitted to charge electric vehicles at this property"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
