"This ground floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with oven/grill, gas hob with wok ring, combi microwave and top oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with a TV with Sky Package including movies & sport. For more entertainment there is TV with Freeview to bedrooms, DVD player with selection of DVDs, iPod dock, PS3 with Blu-Ray DVD and selection of games and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace garden with patio and sea-views with furniture and a communal garden area, as well as off-road parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot are available on request, but guests are asked to provide their own cot bedding. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. Mermaid's Secret is a delightsome dwelling for an escape to the Cornish coast. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out is 10am. We request that guests provide their own cot."
