"Upon entering the property, you will find an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area that hosts an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, Smart TV and WiFi. Move through the apartment to find a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside you will find a balcony with furniture, communal parking and a communal lawn. Additionally, the property enjoys [type] central heating. The property is close to amenities, with a shop being 0.3 miles, a pub being 0.4 miles and a beach being 0.5 miles away. Fuel and power are included in the cost. Bed linen and towels are also included in the rent. The balcony has furniture. Please be aware that check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The Lighthouse is a wonderful getaway for any seaside-loving family! Building Work Notice There is currently building work underway at Carrick Lodge which is located adjacent to the Belyars Croft development to renovate the existing building and add an extension. Carrick Lodge is accessed by vehicle via the shared driveway accessed via Belyars CroftÔÇÖs parking area. The remaining building work is expected to continue throughout 2024 with the fitting out and decorating following through to 2025. During this time associated activity and noises may be experienced, with workmen and vehicles also being on site. The works are projected to be finished by Spring 2025 but will be monitored and this note update accordingly. **Gas Line Work** Please note, the gas lines for the nearby Carrick Lodge will be put in place and the necessary works completed from Monday 14th October 2024. These works are projected to take up to two weeks and associated noised may be heard. **Soffit Replacement November 2024** Please note, soffit replacement will be undertaken at the Belyars Croft Apartment development starting from Monday 4th November 2024. These works are projected to take up to two weeks (weather dependant). Associated noises will be heard and scaffolding and workmen on site during this time. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
