"This property consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and a living/dining room with Smart TV, dining seating for six and woodburning stove. There is also a utility with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a ground-floor double, a zip/link twin, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a highchair and travel cot available. Two well-behaved pets welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop, within 0.6 miles, a pub and within 1.6 miles, a beach. Myrtle cottage makes a charming setting for a countryside escape to Cornwall. Please note: Due to the steep drop in the garden, children must be closely supervised. Please note: Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 9.30am. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
