"The living areas in this three-storey, terraced house include a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a breakfast bar for two, and a living/dining room with a dining table for eight, a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, Playstation 4, DVD player, selection of games and DVDs, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a twin with Smart TV, and a 5'5"" bunk bed (2'6"" width) with TV, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Check-in 4pm, check-out 9am. Guests are to provide their own cot bedding. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
