"Fairwinds is a single-storey property consisting of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and dining seating for two guests, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove and an additional sitting room with seating. There is one super-king-size bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request), serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed side patio with furniture, off-road parking for two cars, as well as additional roadside parking and an EV charger. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.7 miles, a beach and please note that up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot is also available on request. Fairwinds is a superb base for your next getaway in Cornwall. Note: The property is attached to the ownerÔÇÖs second home. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
