"This holiday home has two bedrooms, a zip/link twin which can be king-size on request, and a king-size, along with a bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, a TV with DVD, and WiFi. Outside, there is a communal sloping garden with sea views and a lawn, a rear, non-enclosed, tiered garden, and allocated parking for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but sorry, no smoking allowed. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A shop, pub and beach are all within 0.4 miles. Millies is a lovely choice for a seaside holiday to Cornwall. Note: There are steps throughout the property, and access to the property is steep, please consider this when booking. Note: The property provides a compact breakfast bar for casual dining which offer two stools in place and a further two stools which are stored in the second bedroom. "
