"Bod a Quinte, a single-storey bungalow, consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating for four, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin, serviced by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Highchair and travel cot available upon request. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and furniture, enclosed rear garden with lawn, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. You'll find the closest shop in 0.2 miles, pub in 0.1 miles, and beach in 0.3 miles. A stay at Bod a Quinte promises to be one to remember. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
