"Sea Candy, a three-storey abode, consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker, and a sitting room with TV, games, and books. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, two doubles with TV, and an adult bunk bed with TV. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is a front garden with patio and furniture, a rear courtyard with an outdoor walk-in shower, and off-road parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.3 miles, a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy your St Ives escape with a stay at Candy. Note: There are a few steps up to the double bedrooms on the first floor."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
