"The Farmhouse consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, a living/dining room with TV, a cloakroom/WC and a utility. The bedrooms comprise a ground-floor double, two doubles and a bunk bedroom with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a wraparound patio overlooking gardens and patio furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. A shop is within 0.5 miles and a pub within 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There are a few small steps leading to the property so please bear this in mind when booking. Thanks to its beautiful rural setting and well-presented accommodation, The Farmhouse offers guests a memorable stay. "

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
