"Singh Leite and Luisa Family Caravan consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, a dining area with seating for five people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV with Netflix. The bedrooms consist of a double, amd two twins, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a cloakroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and access to an on-site childrenÔÇÖs playground, as well as evening entertainment, karaoke and an indoor swimming pool. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets. A holiday full of smiles awaits at the Lodge. Note: Steps leading up to property, please take care. Note: Travel cot available on request at a cost of -ú2 per night."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
