"The Old Cottage, located in Staithes, North Yorkshire is the perfect place for couples to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the area. It has one double bedroom along with a walk-in shower room, sleeping two people. The interior also boasts a sitting room and a kitchen diner. Off-road parking is available at the top of the village in a public car park. The Old Cottage is perfectly situated to the coast and North York Moors National Park, making it a fantastic holiday destination. Please note that off-road parking is available towards the top of the village with a council car park and a private car park in Glenvale (booking is essential before arrival), there is also 40 minutes of free parking in the high street near the cottage suitable for drop off and pick ups"

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
