"3 Pheasant Lane is a detached stone-built cottage situated on the outskirts of the small village of Bolsterstone near Stocksbridge, on the edge of the Peak District National Park, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms, plus there is a Shepherd's Hut in the garden for two additional guests. The accommodation is set mostly over the ground floor and comprises an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and comfortable sitting area. The ground floor also includes two bedrooms; a king-size double which benefits from a en-suite bathroom, a further double room, as well as a modern shower room. A spiral staircase leads to a twin mezzanine bedroom which has the added benefit of an en-suite basin and WC. Two additional guests can be accommodated in the Shepherd's Hut in the garden which has a double bed, shower room with shower, basin and WC and tea/coffee making facilities. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a large terrace with a private wood-fired hot tub. 3 Pheasant Lane is a great property in a fantastic location to be enjoyed at any time of the year."
