"The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining table for ten, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of three doubles, a second-floor double and a second-floor family room with double and single all serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is parking, an enclosed patio with furniture and garden with lawn. Within 1.3 miles there is a shop and 0.2 miles a pub. Highchairs and travel cot available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore the Cotswolds from The Old School House. Note: Sorry, no stags, hens or similar. Note: No loud music after 10pm. Note: More dogs may be welcome on request. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
