"The living areas in this cottage consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. There is one mezzanine king-size bedroom serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a front patio with furniture. Within 2.3 miles there is a shop and 2.1 miles, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, EVC installed for one electric car, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Tump Cottage is a wonderful setting for a romantic getaway in Gloucestershire. Note: Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 10:30am. Note: Sofa bed available in the living room for flexibility."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
