"The living areas in this cottage consist of a kitchen equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge with ice-box and washing machine, a dining area with seating for four and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size (zip/links, can be twin on request), one with en-suite bathroom and the other an en-suite shower room. Outside there is a first-floor rear courtyard and off-road parking for one car. Within 1 mile there is a shop and 0.2 miles a pub. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Beech Cottage is an idyllic setting for a family retreat in the Cotswolds. Note: Low ceilings, steps throughout and steep stairs due to the cottage's history, please take care. 1 small, well behaved dog welcome"
