The spacious lounge has a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa bed, flat screen TV which has all UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, children's TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets and catch up. The sofa bed that can sleep 2 additional guests. From the lounge there are patio doors leading to a delightful dining area which adjoins the villa. This room has excellent sea views because of its slightly elevated position. There is a dining table for 4, a 2 seater sofa, and patio doors leading onto the terrace. The terrace has a private heated pool and is fitted with artificial grass. There is a comfortable seating area with optional shade available, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and taking in the surrounding scenery. There are sea and mountain views from the terrace. The exterior also holds a superb kitchen facility with sink and BBQ. The villa has an iron with board, bathroom towels, pool towels, linen, and hair dryer provided. Air conditioning can be provided at a cost of £50 per week. The new local beach in Callao Salvaje is also a few minutes walk from the villa, here you will find a bar with snacks, showers, toilets, seating areas plus a jetty which is ideal for fishing, snorkelling. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop is a 5 minute walk for those wishing to venture out. This Tenerife villa is a 10 minute drive to the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Within a 10 minute walk of the villa is the brand new 4 star sports complex that provide tennis, paddle, squash, volleyball, basketball, large swimming pool plus has a gym, health and fitness club.
