The town of Sumartin is 1 km away and offers a selection of amenities, including restaurants, bars and supermarkets, as well as hidden bays around the town for those who’d fancy a day out from the villa. Ground Floor includes a laundry area, two bedrooms with queen-size bed and en-suite shower room, a bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4), a shower room. First Floor (Pool Level) has a fully equipped open kitchen, open-plan living and dining area and a bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite shower room. Exterior Grounds include a private swimming pool* (9m x 4m), a terrace, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, barbecue, vegetable garden, olive grove. Additional Facilities include following: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, wii Console and games, xbox, table tennis, darts board, trampoline, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, cot upon request and parking. Walking past the infinity pool the guests will find entrance to their holiday home. Next to the illuminated, ample open-space area that is to be found on the first floor, is the living room, with a large L-shaped sofa and wall-mounted television. It’s a perfect place to cool down after a long day of sunbathing and swimming in the pool. On the other side of the open-plan space is the dining area and kitchen with a dining table that seats up to 6 guests and a breakfast bar for 4 more guests. Modern kitchen with white counters and cabinets is fully equipped with all you could need to prepare tasty meals for your companions. The first of the four bedrooms is to be found off the living area. The room features a queen-sized bed, access to the terrace and it's own en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are on the ground floor and have access to the terrace through sliding doors. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and modern en-suite bathrooms, and the last one has two bunk beds and has use of a spacious family shower room on this floor. This bedroom would suit any younger children in the group as it can sleep up to four guests and create that sleepover feeling! Outside, you will find the private infinity pool, sun loungers and a spacious upper terrace, that extends towards the house where you will find an outdoor dining. On the lower terrace is a trampoline for the kids.
