Perfectly situated just across the road from the Caribbean and the pool, with all amenities on the doorstep, Mangoes is a big house offering three generous bedrooms, three bathrooms, large living room, well equipped kitchen, laundry room & three breezy dining areas.
Everyone's favourite is our spacious veranda, where ceiling fans assist the cooling breeze; plenty of comfy seating, overlooking the tropical gardens.
Inside, the living room has a tropical, cane suite, occasional tables, book shelves, ceiling fans, telephone, multi channel TV, video and DVD.
Three sets of French doors lead to the veranda and the al fresco (formal) dining room with large table & upholstered chairs.
Bedrooms are King/Twin (en-suite), Queen/Twin (en-suite) and Triple (private bathroom next door). All have ceiling fans and air-con, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobes, dressing tables & mirror, long mirror & hairdryer.
Restaurants (sea-shore dining), shops, banks, bars, a well stocked supermarket are all accessible within 5 minutes walk.
Maid service (twice per week), Free phone& Wi-Fi connection is included.
Enjoy breakfast in the back garden gazebo watching tiny yellow birds compete for scraps.
By day, stroll over to the pool, take a dip in the sea, walk on the beach, have a light lunch or drinks … and in the evening, chill on the veranda, serenaded by chirping tree frogs whilst gazing out at the floral arch lit with fairy lights
Stroll across the road, to the beach and pool, rest on a lounger or take a dip. Known as the Platinum Coast, this area is great for swimming, snorkelling & a range of water sports. Visit Folkestone Marine Park museum & aquarium.
In historic Holetown, 5 mins North, settlers first landed in Barbados in 1625. Today the two streets are lined with restaurants.
Shopping facilities from local chattel shops to exclusive Lime Grove where designer ranges abound have been developed sympathetically to blend traditional Bajan character with modern life.
Barbados offers a wide range of sightseeing experiences. The coastline varies from rugged cliffs and wild seas at North Point to sandy swathes and gentle turquoise water on the western side.
Inland a hilly area, called the Scotland District, offers Harrison's Caves visitor centre, aged plantation houses, rum distilleries, tropical gardens and a wildlife park.
Boat trips abound for fishing, relaxing and partying!
CONTRACT
1.A deposit is required to secure a booking at Mangoes. Receipt of the deposit constitutes a contract for the rental of Mangoes and is non-returnable. The price, the number of named occupants, the period and the precise dates of rental have been agreed between the
renters and the owners of Mangoes.
2.Any changes to the details of your booking must be referred to the owners as soon as possible
3.Check in/out times to be arranged with reference to preceding/succeeding bookings and allowance for cleaning time in between. N.B.
If you have a late departure flight you may be offered the choice of a late check out at the cost of an extra night subject to the criteria
above.
4.No persons other than the agreed named occupants shall sleep at Mangoes.
5.No parties or functions shall be held at Mangoes without consultation and express permission of the owners.
6.The balance becomes due three calendar months in advance of your stay. (Date quoted on your enclosed confirmation letter). In the absence of payment by the due date, the owners reserve the right to re-advertise the dates for sale and to retain the deposit.
7.Bookings shorter than 1 week will be discounted at a slightly higher than pro rata rate to cover fixed costs.
8.One pool access card covers 2 persons. A deposit (of $50 Bds, $25 USD or £20 GBP) will be charged for the loan of each card,
returnable on return of the card.
