Entrance to the villa is through the large terrace featuring heated swimming pool with jets & counter current unit, lounge area and outdoor living area with dinning table for 10, large barbecue and a summer kitchen. In this level, there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with spacious living room. This area is beautifully decorated in light and dark colors combined with wooden elements, giving it a home away from home feel. The floor to ceiling windows bring in an abundance of natural light and provide direct exit to the terrace. With indoor and outdoor sound system this makes an ideal gathering area for the guests. In this level there is a guest toilet, an entertainment room with Playstation 4 and board games and a double en suite bedroom with exit to a private terrace. On the upper floor there are two double en suite bedrooms, each with its own balcony. One bedroom has a sea view and the other one overlooks the pool terrace. Basement features a charming spa area with sauna, shower bath and lounge chairs. Opposite to the spa there is one more double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a private terrace. From this terrace there is a path with few stairs leading up to the pool area. In total, 8+3 guests can be accommodated in Villa Blue Haven comfortably, so it is ideal for large families or group of friends with children. There is a covered private parking available for the guests.
