This stunning 2 bed regency balcony apartment is located right on the seafront with direct sea, Brighton pier & Brighton Wheel views. The 4 metre high ceilings & huge living. dining, kitchen area create a truly fabulous space, reflecting the apartment's regency origins and has a quirky, artistic vibe. This apartment is available for short term lets of 1, 2 or 3 months and is ideal for corporate lets or for those on temporary or short term work contracts. Fully furnished and equipped, all bills are included with wi-fi, 2 double bedrooms, one huge with King size bed and sofa bed and a further double bedroom, both located to the rear of the building. The bathroom has a Moroccan feel with bath with shower over, WC and wash basin. The kitchen area is fully equipped, recently renovated and spec’d to the highest order. Miele Appliances, reverse osmosis water filtration, & fab breakfast bar making this a great sociable space while you cook up a storm! In the huge living dining room there is a random full sized Palm tree!.The comfortable sofa and chairs with large dining table & benches make this a great space to kick back and relax, with 4 huge regency windows to fully appreciate the view out to sea. On the balcony, there is a small table and chairs to sit al fresco and watch the world go by or look out to sea with your morning cup of coffee and croissants. The building is on the end of a block so has all round views of the Royal Crescent Gardens and Brighton Marina in the distance. Located in Kemp Town (the bit east of the famous Palace Pier) it's a 5 minutes walk to the pier, 10 minutes walk to the lanes, but much more chilled than Hove or central Brighton. 1 minute around the corner is Kemp Town 'Village' which has a host of local amenities, a local organic butcher, deli, and lovely gastro pubs, The Real Patisserie bakery (with an amazing array of breads and croissants) and Ground (the owner's favorite coffee spot on earth) are all located nearby. Located just 51 minutes from central London (Victoria or London Bridge) by train. There are 4 trains per hour. It's easy to go up to London for a show or a meeting and zip right back. ?25 mins from Gatwick Airport. ?10 mins from Newhaven Ferry port, There are ?Bus stops opposite for access all around town. Parking varies from £5 a day a few streets away, to £7 and up to £15 a day on the sea front but click on the location tab for more local parking ideas.
