Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Prices quoted for groups up to 15 guests . There is an additional cost of £50 per person per booking up to 19 guests (to cover use of the sofa beds and additional bed linen & towels)

We need a down payment of 30% to hold the property, with the balance payable 28 days prior to arrival and the refundable damage deposit of £500 payable 14 days prior to arrival.
