Beside the veranda with the wooden shaded pergola a patio with garden furniture is designed for spending relaxation time at the evening hours. A private pool with sunbeds & umbrella is available for the couples or families that book our villas and wish to spend unforgettable moments within our complex. Our pool has the benefit of an automatic system of salt electrolysis which provides clear water without the sense of chlorine to the swimmers. Each villa features of an open parking space within the complex. Internally there is an open plan lounge with a TV furniture, sofa that turns to a bed for 2, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven-hob, all white goods and utensils where you can prepare your meal. The spacious bedroom has a queen size bed with anatomic mattress and a double wardrobe. There is also a private bathroom with a bathtub and a fitted glass panel. In all rooms are installed A/C units with air ionizers and antibacterial filters. Avithos beach is only 800 m from the villa and within a walking distance you will find restaurants and a mini market.
