"The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with a fan oven, electric hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, a living/dining room with a TV, and a garage with washing machine and storage. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, a further king-size, and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room, and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed wrap-around garden with lawn, and a private driveway for one car. One well-behaved dog is welcomed, but please, no smoking. A travel cot can be requested. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.8 miles, a pub in 0.6 miles, and the beach in 0.7 miles. Sundial is a lovely dwelling for a family break to Dorset. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 9am. Note: Please bring your own linen for the travel cot, and beach towels. "
