"Little Dairy House features two bedrooms: one double with a balcony and one twin. It includes a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC, as well as a ground-floor walk-in shower with a handheld shower, basin, and WC. The home offers a kitchen/diner, utility room, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Amenities include oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, and an iron. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included, along with bed linen and towels. A highchair, travel cot, and stairgate are available on request. There is ample off-road parking and an enclosed rear garden with an artificial lawn and trampoline. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Escape with the family to Little Dairy House. Note: Step up into bathroom, please take care. Note: Balcony has shelter. Note: Due to sloped ceilings on the first floor, there is a height restriction."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
